Enter through the front door into the open living room, kitchen, and dining area. There is plenty of seating to relax and watch TV, and a large dining table that seats six. The updated kitchen features brand new, stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and a Nespresso machine! The door off the kitchen leads to spacious deck and backyard perfect for entertaining.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, large walk in closet with sliding barn door, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and tile shower. The guest bedroom also features a king size bed for ultimate comfort for your guests. There is also a desk in this bedroom to accommodate all of your work from home needs. The additional bedroom doubles as an office with a large desk and features a twin size bed to accommodate additional guests. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway with a combination tub and shower. Each of the king beds and desks are adjustable for ultimate comfort.

There is an additional bonus space located just beside the home that is accessed through the backyard. This air conditioned, private space features a couch and adjustable desk for all of your work from home needs!

Parking is located in the driveway out front with room for up to four cars.

In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $475 upon signing the lease agreement.

The Neighborhood - Old Village Mount Pleasant
The Old Village District in Mount Pleasant has all the charm of a historic neighborhood combined with the vibe of a trendy shopping destination. You’ll find unique apparel, organic make-up, sample Italian wines, wander through an antiques store, sip a cappuccino, work out at a 24/7 gym, find a great hairstyle, order lunch at a classic soda fountain, or simply find a bench and breathe in the salty air. Old Village is just minutes from Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms, and Downtown Charleston.

Other things to note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.

The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.
Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):
- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th
- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th
- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday
- $50 per person: Saturdays

Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.
