Our large fully furnished studio apartments are 400 sq. ft. and include a spacious living
room/bedroom, a kitchen area, a bathroom with a full-size tub/shower, and 36 sq. ft. of closet
space.
The monthly rent is $789. It includes high-speed fiber optics Internet, water, trash and all other
costs except electricity, which is individually metered per apartment. Assigned off-street parking is
also available.
These newly renovated apartments are located less than two blocks from the University of Illinois
engineering quad, closest to ECE and Beckman. A ten-minute walk gets you to the Illini Union. A
one-minute walk gets you to the bus stop with four frequent bus lines (every 10 minutes for Yellow
and Teal) to zoom you anywhere on or off campus. It is a 5-minute walk to the County Market
grocery and across the street from the Far East grocery.
The building has two secure entrances, a bicycle rack, and a new on-site laundry facility/mailroom.
New windows and door locks/knobs were recently installed in every apartment. All kitchens have
been recently updated with new stoves, fridges, sinks, countertops and hot water heaters.
This property is designated by the public health district as a NO SMOKING building. No smoking
is allowed anywhere inside the building or outside within 15 ft. of the perimeter.
