I would give a zero star if possible. The New management is a joke. The handling of the parking permit is dealt with in a worst possible way. My Car has been towed twice and have lost 1000 $ within the last 6 six month period due to parking issues. Its like they work with the towing agency to create issues to the customer. I am counting my days to get the hell out of here. Please do not choose this apartment even if its your last choice. I wish I had not signed a year long lease.

Elevate has beautiful apartment homes that are well priced and spacious. Thank goodness they are spacious though, because you will have to park your car inside your apartment room. This place offers an $8 per month charge to park in open parking that doesnt even exist. I have had to park across the street at a corporate office at night because there is no parking. When I tried to upgrade, they put me on a waiting list. It is a garbage establishment and very shady because they dont tell you up front that you wont be able to park your car at your paid for apartment Home after 6 pm. It is unbelievable and they do nothing to compensate you for that. DO NOT rent here, unless you like getting your steps in and walking and biking everywhere. Not a car friendly place.

This place was wonderful!! The staff are fantastic, very accommodating. I only lived here for a few months but, they were very easy to work with when breaking my lease early to move out. Great location and the amenities are updated and clean!! Free beer and wine on tap is always a plus!

I have lived at Elevate the past 10 months and have been very impressed with everything. The complex is clean and well maintained. Neighbors are quiet, friendly, and respectful. The staff has also been incredible. Nadia is amazing! She leased my apartment and has gone above and beyond with her customer service. Always has a smile and ready to assist with anything Ive needed. Caesar, the maintenance supervisor, has also been fantastic. Prompt with every service order and always follows up with a detailed email. I would highly recommend this complex for anyone looking to move.

I've lived here since July and it's been a total nightmare. The worst problem is the unabated rat infestation. Elevate is still under construction, as is the neighboring lot. Not only does this bring constant noise from the construction equipment, but an endless flow of construction workers who leave their trash for the rats. Numerous dead rats like the one in the photos have been removed. The parking is also a huge issue. Visitors mostly park across the street in office complexes and are at risk of being towed due to lack of parking spots. They also have long wait list for the reserved parking. If your guest parks in Elevate, Wyatt's towing will haul their car away as seen in the photo. Lastly, the staff are untruthful. When I toured in June 2017, I was promised a Fourth of July pool party to celebrate its grand opening by my leasing consultant. In fact, the pool wasn't open until around December (which is a great time for a pool party) and still suffers from constant problems, such as pumps shutting off and water levels dropping.

My girlfriend and I love our apartment!! We have lived here since November and have seen the community around us growing. All of the other people in our building are respectful towards one another and even say "hi" as you pass them, which was not the norm for the last couple of places we have lived. Some of the main things that drew us to these apartments were it's location and amenities! We love the gym and the beer and wine on tap is awesome after a day of hard work! All service issues that came up have been handled quickly and the maintenance guys are great! As far as the parking that others have mentioned, we were told upfront by our leasing agent that garages were an option, so we jumped at the chance! Overall, Elevate is top of the line apartment living!

Moved in about 5 months ago and had complained several times about the noise upstairs... nothing was ever done.... 2 months ago the noise started again... still nothing done... said they reached out to the neighbor several times but didn't seem to believe me even though my next door neighbor was hearing the exact same thing. Said they could not do anything about it. Office staff is great for the most part besides a couple who are extremely rude. The apartments are very modern and nice. Ceilings are paper thin... can't hear anything from the person right next to me... parking is horrible. I have seen many residents complain about this. If you want to have someone over they have to park in a parking lot across the street or on the street which are both far from the apartments. I have never written a review before but thought that prospective residents should know.

My wife and I moved into a 2 bedroom. The apartment is great and we love the way it looks, and the amenities are awesome. Our sole complaint is with the parking. Initially there was no issue finding a parking space after work or after a night downtown, but more recently however parking has become a nightmare. We are lucky to find a spot in a timely manner any time after 5:30PM. There have been multiple occasions where we get home and circle the parking lot for over half an hour waiting for someone to leave. It definitely doesn't help that half the parking spaces in the complex are reserved (uncovered spots included) and alot of the reserved spots remain empty for days at a time, you can't park in them though because you will be towed. We have talked to the staff about this issue and they keep telling us that their new system "ParkM" will solve it. We have yet to see results. On top of there being no parking in the complex, there's no nearby parking outside the complex either. If the parking situation doesn't improve we will not renew our lease here.

We moved in about 2 weeks ago and everything has been great so far. Staff is very friendly and helpful, we had a few issues that were quickly resolved. Nadia was our leasing specialist and helped us get exactly what we wanted. Other guys in the office are great as well :) Amenities are fantastic especially coffee and the gym with pelatons in them. Apliences in the units are great including fridge with a water filter and great W/D. Our unit is very very quiet. Parking on a late Saturday night could be an issue but it is already being worked on and soon will be resolved. The units are getting leased very quickly so we got very lucky with ours. If you are on the market for a new place and location, price, amenities, very helpful staff, brand new everything is important to you than this is a great place for you.

My roommate and I moved into Elevate a little over a month ago and over all like the complex, brand new buildings, nice units and great amenities. Neighbors are generally respectful of eachother however our upstairs neighbors did file a false complaint on us after their child was consistently stomping and jumping on the floors to the point we had drywall dust falling from the ceiling at 10:30 at night. We spoke with management and got the situation resolved. So, all in all it is a great place to live. The only major complaint I have is parking. There isnt enough spots for the amount of people that live here. There is no designated parking and if you arent home by 5 pm, most likely you have to park on the complete opposite end of the parking lot. It is literally a battle and a race to get a decent parking spot near your complex.
The staff is very nice and professional. For the price, the apartments and amenities are a great deal.

I sold my home recently in San Diego and tbh this place is even better. I've lived in a lot of apartments even brand new ones, but this is by far the best experience yet. Vanessa was great and giving me options and everyone involved including Shaun were extremely helpful. Moving out of state was tough but it's been a great home so far. As for the negative reviews I can attest the complex is quiet and the neighbors are professional so they are doing a good job.

Full disclosure - I have never lived here and after my experience dealing with their staff I never would. It started with an email my husband sent inquiring about 1 bedroom prices (since theyre not listed on the website). Someone responded setting up a touring time for 2 bedrooms - not what we asked about, so my husband responded and reiterated the information we wanted. No one answered. We called, multiple times across several days NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. Already it was a red flag, but my husband decided to drop by just to check it out and see if there was some explanation for the appalling service. Nope, just as rude and disinterested in person. And they saw his email, but theyre out of 1 bedrooms - so they didnt bother to respond. If we had really loved the place, we might have considered a 2 bedroom, but not after this experience.
Bottom line: If they care this little about someone trying to sign a lease - how terrible are they when you have a problem while living there?
