My A.C went out during a thunderstorm, on Father's Day, and on a Sunday. Someone was out within the hour of reporting the issue and resolved within 90 minutes. The maintenance staff as well as the office personnel are amazing and very responsive.

I could not be more happy with the staff here at the julep, I moved in about a week ago from another state and the experience I had with the julep has been outstanding. Mindy and Kayla were a big help with my move and they took care of me like they cared about me and apart of their community already. They knew my name and actually remembered it throughout the process without me having to introduce myself. They were super friendly and the best part is, I was able to get ahold of them right away any time of the day, not one of my phone calls went to voice-mail or being on the dial tone for an hour as I've experienced with other leasing apartments. All in all, I had a great experience with them, they made my move super easy and they were always in a great mood! Not only the staff but the community is a 5 star review, the apartments are super nice, it's quiet and well kept with maintenance and such. Very satisfied, it'll be hard to leave this place in the future, if I ever do.

I like the fact that everything is around it like local stores gas station fast food restaurants and even Walmart but the apartment complex is in the cut. Ive only seen the 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms and I like the set up and the space & office staff are nice people so far so good

For what my wife and I saw from Skype, the rooms look clean , and the living room is spacious. The bed room is a good size for 2 people.Our realtor showed us all the rooms in the apartment, and we were please at what we saw.
