The best thing about living where I do in Moonraker is that my building have the best caretaker! The complex has the best maintenance team! Oh and like everyone in the building knows each other by face at least.
Theyre very friendly here. And they dont give you hard time when you need something. Love you guys.

My mom has lived in this complex practically my whole entire life. When she passed in the hospital, it was heartbreaking and sad to...
My mom has lived in this complex practically my whole entire life. When she passed in the hospital, it was heartbreaking and sad to let her apartment on the corner go where everyone knew where she lived. I wanted to keep the apartment, but there was too many memories and I knew I would be sad. I was planning to move to another location, but that location turned out to be sketchy and not a safe area to live. The landlord was not understanding when I met him and I knew it would be a mess. I then decided to see if I can rent in the same complex as where my mom reside and was welcomed with open arms by Shelli, Tracy and Candice. I was very happy to have decided to stay in this location. The Maintenance team (Ryan and Jason) are ALWAYS on top of things and makes sure everything is fixed and up to date. The caretakers are making sure the yard and area is clean. I have realized with everything going on around our community, Moonraker Apartments is keeping us informed and making sure we are in a safe complex for the children to play at the playground or when people are having gatherings to enjoy being outdoors. I am happy to still reside here and the neighbors are actually friendly and very respectful when it comes to looking out for one another. This management team and the maintenance team has been understanding and has been working hard and they do an amazing job at it. Thank you for coming to work everyday and making sure we live comfortably each and everyday. I am happy that I can go into the office and say hello or bother the team for any questions I have or assistance on an issue. They are understanding and amazing at being patient. Growing up here was amazing as a kid and still being here after my mom have passed is still amazing because of the staff that makes sure this place feel like home.
I'm satisfied with everything so far.
