For more than 6 years I have been a very happy resident of AXIS and looking forward to many more. I have experienced a beautiful community and now consider this to be my second home. I believe people really make something special. That is what I discovered here. The office and maintenance staff are very professional, polite and caring and eager to make all residents as comfortable and happy as possible. The grounds are beautiful and serviced regularly in the summer and in the winter, snow is no problem. Roads and sidewalks are kept cleared constantly and amenities are inviting. Rents are in line with other luxury apartment communities in southeastern Mass. If ever asked for an honest opinion of AXIS, I would not hesitate for one moment to give an excellent
recommendation.

We lived here for a year. Its kind of a roll the dice with your neighbors, but thats everywhere you go. Facilities workers are prompt to respond to work requests and the new cleaning personnel for common areas were great!
When we first moved in, the administration of this place was horrendous. Rude and unwilling to help.
They hired a new property manager this past November & it seems they have done a 180 with management. She was very helpful & accommodating! With the past reviews on this place, we were nervous but we got our entire security deposit back.
