I absolutely love living here! The apartments are modern floor plans with wonderful square footage and price (for a popular college town). That being said, it is easy to forget youre in such a bustling town when youre on the Westside set back in the woods and have such a friendly community surrounding you. I work at a student housing apartment across town and the vibe is so much more calm, quiet,and adult at Bradford Ridge. I would advise calling the office as opposed to emailing if you need a quicker answer but Jessica is fantastic and greatly understanding. The maintenance team is SO friendly and my dog definitely is best friends with them (and their golf cart!). I wish laundry was either in unit, free, or included in rent as I was told could have possibly happened. Utilities are not included (normal for Multi family housing) and there arent any amenities with the acception of a PERFECT walking trail, a park, and multiple grills on property but it doesnt change the quality of service, homes, and living experience. If you want a large home for a decent price at a great location, please check out Bradford Ridge!

Great apartments. Quiet most of the time and maintenance takes care of the problems quickly and are so very nice. My only complaint is that the laundry rooms need to be bigger with more washers and dryers so everyone can do their laundry without having to wait for one to open up. Also would very much like to have a change machine in the building to do the laundry since not everyone can get change to do it all the time. But over all great apartments, quiet and family friendly.

Love love love my apartment! Its a great amount of space for the price (I rent a two bed one bath) Great location close to a lot but far enough away that I don't have to worry about noise. The office staff are fantastic I have never had an issue with them. They always get back to me promptly. Maintenance is great too, we had an old water heater in our unit that had issues and they replaced it in no time! This has been one of my favorite apartments I have lived in while living in Bloomington. The property is kept clean and tidy. I think that Bradford Ridge is a great price for the amount of space. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you live here! I have been here for over a year and am still very very happy! Keep up the great work!

High prices, no ammenities, incompitent maintenance crew, and unprofessional management. The prices being asked for these apartments (including another price hike this year for no discernable reason) are ridiculous. You can find cheaper and nicer apartments even in Bloomington. The ammenities are barebones, with nothing extra like a pool or gym to justify the high price. The maintenance crew comes on short notice and leaves jobs half done. One maintenance man said he'd "Be right back" then left his work half finished and his tools in the apartment for two and a half hours. When we told the office this they scolded us for complaining. The office is frequently empty during it's stated operating hours, and rarely if ever can be contacted by phone. Do not live here.

They tried to get me to pay for damages that weren't there after I moved out. I caught them in their lie and never heard from them until over a year after. They called collections to have me pay the same fees. They changed the damages on walkthrough list and I couldn't prove otherwise because I threw out my copy since the matter was closed for over a year. I dealt with 3 different managers throughout the ordeal and the one that I caught trying to cheat me was fired before I had collections call. Horrible management.

One of the few places in Bloomington, IN that still provides month-based leases. It's a comfy and clean place to live. The public areas are well maintained, the staff is always available in case of a maintenance emergency and the utilities worked properly from the get-go.
