Highpointe has the layout that could be a wonderful place to stay. Office managers are professional and courteous, but to expedite solutions to problems, a time limit should be expressed to residence in addition to follow up. The opinions of residence should be respected, not ignored. there are some problems that need to be addressed for improvement. First, there is little respect of privacy for paying customers. Constantly, there are mandatory inspections ,4 times a year or more, requiring apartment dwellers to leave their systems disarmed so workers can enter the apartment. There are no specific times given; they can enter the apartment anytime during an entire week. This is an invasion of privacy, and it allows room for theft. This is not safe. What could be helpful if inspections take place two times a year by an appointment. Additionally, if the residence who are requesting assistance get what they need, ratings would increase. Many complaints are ignored. Yet, there is mandatory inspection. Why? The madness needs to end by addressing complaints, not constantly invading privacy with unwanted entry.

Great size apartments. Tori, the property manager is super friendly and, quiet helpful. Apartments are quiet throughout the day and night. And it's affordable being in Homewood.

I have only been here a couple of months but so far so good. The staff is very nice, the maintenance people are very prompt and won't stop til they get the problem resolved. I know there were a lot of complaints before but I can tell that they are really doing the best they can to bring the property back to a great place to live but we as tenants must do our part and make sure we put our trash in the designated trash cans or dumpsters and not through our trash from our cars in the parking lot and keep our surroundings clean. So great job to the staff and I will definitely do my part to make sure we have a Nice Environment and a clean and safe place to stay...

Pro: -Good size apartments in decent shape for a good price. -The maintenance staff is pretty nice. Con: -We had animals in our attic and they never dealt with the issue, although we would wake up nearly every morning in the fall/winter/spring with something (squirrel/possum/raccoon) scurrying around. -Our apartment did not heat or cool very well. -They office staff has a good amount of turnover so it's no use getting to know the staff.
