If you like BED BUGS, MICE, and ROACHES, this is the place for you! I swear the God honest truth is that in the past month I have seen neighbors throw a total of 12 mattresses, 4 couches, and numerous wood furnitures in the dumpster to get rid of the bed bugs. Other than that, great place -_- oh and don't bother telling the office about a pest problem because they will blame you and ignore it if the are even there. The lazy staff is constantly gone with the office locked.

The apartment is amazing and huge. With the exception of the constant banging by the neighbors above (which cant be helped by the management), the apartment is worth the price we pay or it. The bedrooms are carpeted, and the rest of the apartment is tiled. Really nice place to walk ones dogs, hope over to a 7-11 for a snack, or catch the Embark Public transit. Highly recommend this apartment complex!

This is a horrible place to live! Just moved in and was told there would be no bugs. It is infested with roaches and my child is allergic. The manager told me I could get out of my lease but would not refund my money. Then changed his mind and told me I have to also pay for Julys rent in order to get out of my lease. Refuse to give me the owners info and said no millionare has time to hear complaints about bugs. I have contacted an attorney. These are not liveable conditions for anybody! DO NOT RENT HERE I have tons of videos as proof

I love this property! The manager at the front desk is always has a smile. She is very friendly and helpful in every way possible. The owner is very friendly as well. He has made me feel very comfortable and proud to be a tenant. He is working just as hard as the maintenance men who are always prompt and friendly. I will continue to make Belmont my home.

The application asks if you've been good for 7 years, yet if they see you made a mistake and paid for it 30 years ago, they want double the deposit and the whole month rent. And if they say it's a cheap move in special ........ No it's not gonna happen. Got double talked by a pro. Made a $45 mistake. They don't want to rent to people with a past. Move on. I loved living here, and was really sad when I moved. I had a huge 2 bedroom, 2 bath, tile living room (with great acoustics). I had to call maintenance only twice in the year I lived there, and they showed up promptly. Katie in the front office is super nice. Aaron has always been attentive and flexible. Theyve been working to make the complex look nice, adding gates and landscaping; its still under construction, but looking nice. I lived in the area where the office is, and Ive never been to the other complex; so, I have no idea what it looks like or what the conditions are. Theres a laundry room on site, but I never used it. I was fortunate to have great neighbors. The location is great, especially if you use the bus Route #23 bus stop is right across the street. The only word of caution Id leave for anyone is to not have Amazon/FedEx/UPS delivered to your apartment unless you know for sure youre going to be home the day of delivery to answer the door. I had one incident. Otherwise Id totally recommend the Belmont to live. Move here, if youre looking for an apartment!

Since living here, I've experienced very noisy, inconsiderate neighbors. I found a large mess of what looked like dead bugs and cat droppings with kids coloring pages and old food containers under my kitchen counter. I have a ONE YEAR OLD who plays through out who could've very easily ingested something and become really sick.. We've been told something will be done about the stomping, slamming, running and jumping from our upstairs neighbors (10pm-3am) multiple times and so far all I've seen change is they are no longer responding to my calls and messages. I've yet to meet the owner. I've tried arranging meetings more than once with her as well. Our hot water heater had to be worked on a total of 5-6 times in a course of two months this winter 2 of the times resulting in my family having no bath or shower for a week at a time. Our lease is up in November and we're getting the heck outta here. It's not the worst but definitely not worth all the extra trouble and cost of living here.
