Though a little smaller than the space I've been used to on the East coast( New York State), the apt. is cozy. It's strong points are the great view and open, sunny view I have of our downtown scape. It gets a little noisy though, due to being surrounded by a commercial area.But I like the charm of my bedroom and kitchen area. Everything said, I view it as my home.

I just moved in few days ago from Canada. I rent this place from online processes. I saw many negative reviews when I rent this place so I had some concerns. But, my moving experience was excellent. Jessica was the person dealing with my case. She was wonderful! I supposed to pick up the key during the office hour, but my flight was a little late and I worried that I would be arrive after the office hours. Jessica told me she would stay late and wait for me, so as Cindy. So I picked up my keys without any problem. Also, my first payment was later as I had to make international transfer, I wasnt charged the late fee. They asked me to provided confirm from the bank and waived the late fee. And, they always responded me email very quick.
I love my new home. It is very nice and close to everything! A little noisy, but it is downtown Berkeley
I would like to thank the Berkeley Equity leasing team for finding my new home!!!
