Landscaping is included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, and garbage which will be directly posted to your tenant ledger. Tenants are responsible for setting up electric into their name.
Tenant will need to find alternate parking if needed, there is limited street parking, this is public parking, and Landmark does not monitor street parking. Reserved lot and garage spaces rent for $60 per month when available. No designated guest parking.
