Refundable Security Deposit based on Credit Score:
650-699 = 1 Month’s Rent less $50
700-749 = $1,050
750 + = $550
Rental Terms:
1. Term: 12 Months (some shorter term leases may be available)
2. Pets: Cats and Dogs allowed (some restrictions apply), monthly pet rent of 2% of the unit's rent (whether 1 or 2 pets), no pet deposit.
3. Holding Fee: $300.00 to be applied towards first month of rent.
4. Parking - Two parking spaces included in rent. $30.00 / additional space depending upon availability.
5. Application Fee: $50 paid to third-party.
6. Monthly Utility Fee for Water/Sewer/Trash/Common Area Electricity & (if any) Gas based on the number of occupants:
1 Occupant: $75
2 Occupants: $140
3 Occupants: $205
Each additional occupant: + $50
