Absolute slum lords. Unprofessional, never respond to repair request in a timely manner, and have no idea what's going on at all. They are lazy and do not know how to run a business.
The agent I spoke to was quite rude. Completely turned me off from working with this management group. At least until they hire more people friendly staff.
