Looking for 2 females. I am a UGA student, I'm 30 years old, and I own a 4 bd 3 ba house in north Athens. My dogs are Apollo (100 pounds) and Rocky (90 pounds). If you are not a dog person or familiar with big dog behavior, this probably isn't a good fit for you. I'm flexible with move in dates, so message me if you're interested.
My house is 10 minutes from downtown Athens and north UGA campus. I'm renting out 2 rooms and 1 bathroom, so the bathroom would be shared. The bathroom is furnished and I will continuously provide toilet paper, flushable wipes, and hand soap. The rooms are not furnished and they are both upstairs. The bedroom thats closer to the bathroom (Room 1) has a bigger closet and will be $850 per month. The bedroom further from the bathroom (Room 2) has a smaller closet and will be $800 per month. The security deposit for both tenants will be $500. Utilities, HOA fees, wifi, and trash services are included in rent. I also have a cleaning lady, so the rooms and bathroom cleaning is included in rent as well.
I'm also allowing the tenants to use the pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, tupperware, silverware, cooking utensils, and seasonings in the kitchen. There's cabinet, fridge, and pantry space in the kitchen for both tenants. Both tenants will have access to all common areas. I have a backyard furniture set and outside propane fireplace that can be used when the weather permits. I have a 2 seat coffee table on the front porch. My driveway is sloped, so I ask that you park on the curb not in the driveway. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me.
