There aren't enough nice things I can say about this complex and how much I loved meeting with the staff here
Rent is too expensive up and up and up

Theives run rampant here. Lost 2 bicycles and almost my service animal. Neighbors are loud and the walls and floors are paper thin. Drugs and gang activity are a part of everyday life here. My wife and I were the targets of an attempted armed robbery just outside the main entrance, just after dusk, on our after dinner walk.
Repair requests fall upon deaf ears as per the photo of the hole above our shower resulting from a leak from the upstairs neighbors tub. it's been there 3 months and Counting. When we moved in we were astonished to find the refrigerator filthy and still had the previous tenants rotten food in it. if you plug something in one Outlet it will turn on or off something across the room or in another room. We complained about the Cockroaches 2 months ago and we're told that an exterminator will be sent out... We don't know where he's coming from but he still hasn't made it.
I'm trying to think of something positive to say but honesty , it is eluding me.

1. Trash all ober the property.
2. Dumpsters overloaded and trash all around them.
4.maintenance needs to be improved.
5. Delays on work orders.
The positives.
1.Friendly managers.
2. Quiet neighbors.
3No bugs to speak of that i have seen.
My only concern about the property os the lack of responsibility of thw 2 people on maintenance that are un able to keep up wi the work orders they have. In my eyes they both seem alittle unprofessional in the way they communicate with tenants about repairs.
If they get better maintenance or at least 2 more people things would be done in a timely manner.
Had a good time here can't find any reasons not to like the place. But not the fancy place we had hoped for.

Worse apartments that have ever lived at!!!!! When I moved out they tried to charge me an extra month and a half of rent...

When I moved out they tried to charge me an extra month and a half of rent for no reason there are never consistent with anything there and I used to stay on the bottom and my roof started leaking onto my Mac desktop and they didn't fix the problem for about a month-and-a-half... not to mention the roaches
