I'm a 13 year resident of Cibola Village. Two of my kids lived here with me part-time until going to college. They enjoyed the seasonal pool. The facilities are solid and well located. It is in a school district I preferred. The staff has always been helpful and pleasant. I've appreciated the on going here and there aesthetic maintenance to the property the past few years under FPI Management.

Staff is good at face but really inefficient and do not care for you complaints. This place highly unsafe. At last but not less they return only 1/4 of my apartment security . I swear I left apartment as clean as possible. please stay away.

I've lived here for a short time but I love it. Management is completely understanding and really helped me get in to an apartment. Plus, rent is pretty cheap and I have a completely upgraded unit. My neighbors are very quiet and I love that I have an assigned covered parking spot. There is a slight ant problem, but I easily fixed that with some raid. Everything here works great and the layout is awesome. The only thing I see as an issue is that some of the window locks need to be replaced but other than that, nothing wrong. Great complex. Well taken care of in an awesome part of town while still being away from the craziness.

do NOT rent here!!! I had mold that got us sick, didn't get fixed for months. My refrigerator leaked, again didn't get fixed for months while the apt under us had the roof leaking. I also got a flat tire on my car and they had it towed without telling me where, they then gave me wrong phone numbers to the tow company I had to find it on my own. Cost me $250 just to get my car out. Worst experience here in all my years of living in apartments.
