I am a current resident and confidently just signed another lease. I am very happy. It's affordable, in the ne heights, and clean. I feel safer here than any other complexes I've lived at. The new manager, Raquel, has been great, receptive and supportive. I don't usually have any concerns, but when I have, she is very quick to respond and address the situation. Very happy resident!

Sungates is a very safe and great place to live especially for someone whos a first time renter. The parking is gated as well as getting into the complex is gated which relieves some stress and makes me feel safe. The office manager is incredibly helpful when ever I need anything. I love that the apartments are in a central location. The inside of the apartments are nice and maintained. Maintenance is always on it when I need something. Would definitely recommend.

The manager is very friendly and accommodating, and the maintenance man is extremely helpful. The gated parking was safe and I never saw any issues in the year I lived there. Mix of familys and single folks. Would definitely recommend if youre looking for an apartment in NE Albuquerque!

Great place to live. i was there two years. The only complaint I have is packages are delivered to the office ONLY and the office is closed a lot. Otherwise, maintenance was quick and friendly and the apartments were clean and quiet. Many residents have lived there many years and it feels like a huge family.

I lived at Sungate Apartments for 7 years & had a great experience! Their 2BR 2BA apartments are huge and I loved having washer and dryer in my apartment. I never had any problems and felt very safe living at Sungate. Maintenance and management were always pleasant, professional and helpful. It has beautiful grounds and some really nice people living there too. I enjoyed all of the beautiful rose bushes too. It was a great location and I really liked the gated parking. Smaller community which is always nice. Overall it's a nice community with good size floor plans.
