Living at Stone Falls is great - my kids love it. There are large green spaces for them to play in and well as sidewalks to ride their bikes on. The maintenance crew is very prompt and the overall care taken of the buildings is excellent. We have enjoyed our time here very much!

It has been a pleasure living at Stone Falls of Ada, and I would recommend this apartment community to anyone who is looking for a peaceful, low-stress place to live. The staff in both the leasing office and maintenance provided excellent, prompt service. I truly have no complaints! The property is well-maintained and very dog-friendly. For those with dogs - in addition to walking around the apartment community - there are some of the best parks I have found in the Grand Rapids area 10 minutes away. Downtown Grand Rapids is accessible in 10-15 minutes via highway or smaller roads. Definitely check out Stone Falls of Ada!

I lived here for about a year and this was my first apartment in the area. The area is nice and quiet but not too far out of the way. The best part of the experience I had was the leasing staff. Very professional and understanding when I needed to leave early due to my work. You get what you pay for in terms of price. I would definitely consider living here again if I move back to the area.

This is an upscale property so expect to pay a little more. Location is perfect; you get the feel of rural living yet are so close to downtown Grand Rapids. My wife and I have lived here for three years with no regrets.

At first it was a difficult transition while trying to find an apartment while living in California but the management team here at Stone Falls of Ada were willing to work with me and make this move less stressful. It is a very nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway. Neighbors are very friendly and the complex is very well maintained. The management team stays on top of things here and provides information via email with what is coming up in the next couple of weeks. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The location is ideal, love that I can have my dog here. The office staff is helpful. Maintenance requests have been handled efficiently and promptly. The apartments are nice but could use some updating and upgrades. Appliances, flooring and fixtures are outdated. Blinds are poor quality. They include internet in with rent but the service is terribly slow. Keep hearing that they are going to switch to a faster service but date keeps getting pushed back. I would rather have the choice to select my own provider.
