I moved into the Royal Apartments in Whitewater at the beginning of September and had positive experiences all around. The new property manager is always responsive and helped with an emergency that I had the very next day, even going far enough as to completely replace the toilet. Every time I have seen workers from the apartment, it has been a pleasurable experience. I believe that the changing of property managers has done wonders for the tenants living here.
Best place to live in my opinion, great management, if something is wrong maintenance takes care of is asap, Clean landscaping. And management/ maintenance is extreamly nice and helpful!
