I absolutely loved living here. Its a great location; close to the freeway and walking distance to downtown Tosa. Management and maintenance are quick to respond and resolve issues. The complex is kept clean and is a pretty quiet place. I recommend!

This is a newer building that offers some nice amenities compared to some in the area. There were occasions that tenants smoked inside and that made its way into common areas and elevators. For anyone with a dog who enjoys more areas to run and play, this building offers a modest amount of green space. There is a pet washing station that is useful and properly equipped with all that you would need. The staff is courteous and friendly. They will deliver packages to your door or just inside your apartment if you would like. The garage offers a car washing station that is really handy to keep you out of the snow and cold during the winter months. If you are looking for a nice apartment in Wauwatosa, this is a real competitive option that will meet a lot of your needs.

The building is modern, clean and its location is great. I like the entryway area with cozy fireplace and the coffee station is a nice bonus. The exercise area looks nice but I haven't tried it out. I find the parking area to be set up nice.
