Back in the 80's I lived over here at Mayfair Manor. When I got married we got a house in Tosa. I decided to move back here with my young son in 2005. The staff is always helpful, and friendly. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any issue, and I can always just walk in the office if I need Anything. The area is super safe, and the schools are excelent, and within walking distance.
Everyone is very nice here...office girls are awesome an very helpful...anytime I called for something to be fixed it was next day...sucks only 1...

Some things I would change would be is to have at least 2-3 washers and dryers per complex instead of 1 washer and dryer for 8 apartments per complex to share, a playground & half basketball court for the kids near the leasing office where there is a parking lot at,updated appliances (kitchen), bigger parking lot ... I mean I've been here a year renewed my lease recently and what I've heard the rent goes up because of the taxes so if that's the case, I feel us, as tenants should get a little more.
Maybe they will read this and put it in consideration.
