Just got my keys to my first home and I couldnt be more excited. I want to share a few words to recognize Susan who is in charge of management for making the whole process as easy as possible. After asking so many questions she so kindly helped and allowed my partner and I to feel extremely comfortable with everything. From the first day of viewing the apartment to receiving the keys there has been an overwhelming support and help from Susan she is truly the kindest most helpful person. I feel so at ease and excited to have found someone I know will always be around to help. Thank you so much Susan you truly deserve all the recognition.

I was not happy with the way Moss handled the bee situation. I believe I should have been compensated for the terrifying & anxiety ridden week I had. Update: So I was asked to call a number and Moss & Co would "be happy to help out". It is a complete joke. I called the number and I was put on hold for 20 minutes. I called every day for over a week and every time I was put on hold. I never actually talked to a person I was just automatically put on hold. Finally I texted the manager & she gave me a name & number to call. I have been calling them again for over a week & it just goes to his VM, which is full and cannot leave a message. Good job Hideaway in helping me out.

The property manager, Susan, is fantastic! She is responsive, professional, and has done her best to fulfill maintenance requests. The building itself is well-maintained and has the cleanest pool I've ever had in an apartment complex. The parking is a bit tight but after a few tries its manageable. We got lucky with an updated unit + the kitchen in here is AMAZING. Definitely my favorite feature!

Professional and nice menager, a little over priced considering near building near the area... However my apt. was a really beautiful apt, with many light coming inside the apt, no shared wall with neighbors on all of the corners... I lived on a 2 bed (1 bath, and one car parking space), the best thing about my apt, was the open living room into the kitchen (with a really long kitchen counter table) a big plus. The bad side of this apr, was that only came with 1 parking space and 1 bathroom. With exception to the busy rush hour traffic; one in the morning and one in the evening, this apt is a great location (near major freeways, 405 and the 101 as well as the 170), only 5 minutes to the Sherman Oaks Galleria, driver over the hill and you are in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood.... I only moved out because of the COVID-19 crises, after living in this location for over 3 years, I found myself in some financial hardship due to the COVID-19, I asked the management if they would considered lowering the rent a few $ to help me during the crises, however they were not willing to do that, so I was forced to move out... Otherwise I would most likely would have stayed there. In the 3 years I was there the menager was very cordial and very professional, the only bad thing I encounter, was one time (the night before I left the apt, I accidentally locked my keys inside the apt (including my car keys), and called the manager who live on the building next to my, asking of she could please help me to open the door, or if I could to her building to pickup a key). She said she could not help, until the the next day, because it was not business hours. I end up having my friend picking me up, and staying over-night at his house in the valley, than went to the manger's building next to my, she had one of her workers open the door for me.

This review is for Chandis at the Hideaway. She is SO awesome!! She was my leasing agent in the past and I missed her so much that I had to come back and rent from her again! I have lived at many properties in LA, and Chandis has exceeded all of my expectations and has been my absolute favorite BY FAR! Chandis truly cares about the needs and desires of her tenants. She listens to your desires, and always follows through. She will not let you down. Oh, and she responds to your texts and emails almost instantly! The hideaway speaks for itself, from the sparkling clean pool, to the newly remodeled gorgeous units, this is a place you truly have to see to believe! I am so ecstatic to call the Hideaway my home and to have Chandis as my leasing manager!!
