Chandler Palms is a great place to live and is managed by a competent, attentive and ethical company. The attention to detail and service provided goes above and beyond. If something needs to be fixed in my apartment, all I need to do is alert the property manager, Mickey, and he has someone in my unit the next day. He also is great about communicating any scheduled maintenance to the building. The grounds are kept clean and the residents are friendly and respectful of one another. I have never lived in a building where I feel so well taken care of and considered by the people I send my rent to. I highly recommend this company and building to anyone looking to live in the Valley.
