The staff/management is very responsive to all of my concerns. Just today they got to work on a leaky bathtub faucet. They are always pleasant in their dealings with me and everyone else who I've seen in the office. Thank you Aventura.

Fast to get maintenance requests done. The office is always so happy and willing to help out and hear you out as a person. Abilities to turn apartment into smart home through devices purchased at your expense as a renter but still pretty badass. Everyone tends to keep to themselves as neighbors or have there own little clicks. But we did have cops show up for an argument that was called on us by a fellow neighbor. Police should have never been called. Havent had a swimming pool in over 2 -3 months. They are slowlllllly making progress on it. They recently remodeled the outside by paint the steco and ended up spraing all my plant with paint. Hope they dont die. Only miss on management would be that they didnt notify us when they started or where going to start on out building as too they were doing a section at a time. Plastic wrap everywhere that stays job is done. Quite annoying because it tracts paint into living spaces. With having an ESA or any animal you have to go through pet screening. If you have two animals tied to one person its a PAIN. They will jump through all the hoops to have you provide specifics tasks (example depression, dog forces me outta bed. So on and so on). Also beware of doing laundry at night or sometime in morning. We came across homeless guy smoking some substance in there. We called non emergency patrol line that aventura provided but no answer and this was on a sunday so no one in office. Ended up calling the cops. Overall i really really love this place from the built in bookshelves to the walk in closets. If you are on the fence about renting from here i would do as to they are very affordable
