This is absolutely the WORST apartment complex that I have ever lived in. I am a super clean person and I have had to deal with a major Cock Roach and ant infestation. Multiple things in the apartment where already broken upon arrival. The apartment smells like mold probably due to how old the carpets are. They have stains all over and the carpet is not nailed down to the floor so it bunches up in places. Parking is horrible, the spots are so close together you can barley get in your car when someone is parked next to you and guest have to pay to park. My car has been broken into multiple times. Door handle always breaks due to being electronic. Takes maintenance forever to fix a job and when they do try to attempt to fix a job they just half --- it lending it to break again. Takes multiple complaints and follow ups to resolve a problem. I will NEVER again rent an apartment that is owned/ operated by Student Housing Solutions.
