Nice apartments and quiet area. The residents are very friendly. Lots of dogs and residents are responsible picking up behind their pets. Maintenance is great and come quickly but there are new issues and all minor. Pest control comes regularly and we haven't seen and bugs. The grounds are well managed. The property Manger is very nice and helpful. The price is reasonable, good value for the area.

Property is off the main road, quiet, and so many great residents. Weve lived here since Oct 2018. Since that time the place has become more and more of a community. Every time you see someone out at the pool or walking their dog, theyre always friendly. Weve lived at other places in Tallahassee and this is by far our favorite.
Anytime theres been an issue in my apartment, its been fixed quickly. Back when we first moved in there was a lot of plumbing problems on the property where water had to be shut off, but the past year and a half its not been an issue. I think the property overall had a plumbing issue, but one month they had a bunch of plumbing work done and since then, its been great. Also, if you have a social friendly pet, theyll love it here. The pets here are probably better friends than the humans (comment approved by my two dogs). Thats at least been my experience the past 3 years.

I have a 3 bedroom and I've been here since 2016. I absolutely love it here. There's a private drive down into our community that keeps any pedestrians on Meridian Rd. from being right up on us which I love. It makes it quiet even though it's right off Meridian Rd. Lawncare and upkeep are great and the manager and maintenance supervisor are the best! I love that it's not students that live here primarily. We have mostly families and young couples who respect the community we all share. The students we do have are mature and aren't partying and trashing the place. My favorite part is the location. Midtown is hands down the most classy and beautiful area in Tallahassee! Meridian Road where we are is a canopy road and it's a BEAUTIFUL road to drive!! Lake Ella is walking distance and there's Publix and Whole Foods around the corner. Hospital is 5 minutes away too. I can't say enough good things!

First of all, my roommates and I have lived here for almost 3 years and we love it. Everything is done in a timely manor and everything gets done efficiently. When we first moved in, they even re did our whole kitchen to make sure it was to our standards! They help out when they can and understand life happens. Second of all, Malena is AWESOME! I go to her for everything and she is the best property manager we have ever had! I don't wanna rent anywhere else!

I have no complaints and everything I have asked for has been taken care of in a timely manner.I honestly didn't expect such great service since Tallahassee is filled with sub par student housing properties but I've been treated very well here.
