I stayed here for 3 years and I absolutely LOVED the apartment, I loved the management [I will miss Heather and Kay tremendously; they were the nicest managers EVER]. The apartment complex is in a great neighborhood, it's by everything your heart can desire: two gyms, Publix, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Winn Dixie, McD, Wendys, and etc. It's family friendly, great neighborhood, very quiet, very calm, awesome neighbors, etc. This place really made me love Tallahassee while I lived there. I will always recommend to any one moving to Tallahassee to see if Georgetown has any vacancies. One last thing, I want to mention how great of an experience it was to live here, I was moving out and I was looking for someone to take over my lease and the manager helped me find somebody, ISN'T THAT GREAT!!!, they help me find some one to take over my lease. Man, that was awesome. You can't beat that at all.

I have lived in a Georgetown townhouse for the past two years while attending FSU, and I could not have dreamed of a better first-time rental experience! I loved the floor plan, size, and reasonable cost of rent. My neighbors were quiet, and I felt very safe, even when coming home late at night. The location is incredibly convenient--Publix is basically across the street, the post office around the corner, Lake Ella within walking distance, and FSU just over 2 miles away. One of the reasons I chose to live at Georgetown is that they obviously care about their property--they do not try to get away with as little as possible. I have been impressed by their initiative to maintain and improve the property since I have been there--the longer I lived there, the more I enjoyed it. Whenever I have had a problem or complain, the office was very responsive and respectful to my needs and provided rapid solutions.

I moved her with my boyfriend and cat my senior year of FSU. I had the most wonderful experience in our town home and I have literally cried because of how much I miss living there. It was my second apartment on my own and it was SO much better than the first. The staff was so, so good to us. Len, the maintenance man, will become your adoptive father and will help you out with absolutely anything. Heather, my e-mail correspondent while trying to apply/sign the lease/move in, was so stinking nice and always answered my concerns. I didn't see Kay, the manager, too often. But when I did she was always polite and kind. The apartment itself is old, but renovated and seriously charming. Our neighbors were never too noisy. We accidentally left our back door unlocked on multiple occasions, but never had a break in. I felt safe there. It was home.

Best bang for your buck!! Georgetown Apartments were a perfect fit for me. I had found the complex online and had never seen it in person until the day I moved in, since I was living in NY at the time. Heather, Kay and Lenny are phenomenal people and always took care of any issue that had occurred at my convenience. Lenny keeps all of the units clean and fresh. The only complaint is that the windows are single pane and do not insulate well. The only reason I moved out was due to my relocation for work.

My wife and I moved to Georgetown 2 years ago and have really enjoyed living here. The lease is up next month and we are going to be buying a house but it's been nice being able to save up for a house by not having outrageous rent to pay every month. When we moved here, we were new to the area and didn't know much about the city but the managers gave us a very nice welcome packet with tons of information in it. Publix and some great restaurants are within walking distance as well as Lake Ella. Maintenance requests were taken care of in a timely manner and the maintenance tech is great! The place is maintained well despite the fact that it's older. Would recommend to anyone wanting a fair price on an apartment in a good location.
