Feel pretty safe here. The property managers are extremely kind here and you know that they care for the people who live here. They get creative and throw little events for everyone to get together which is nice. I havent had any problems but I know if I did I can easily talk to them and they would get on it ASAP. They clean regularly which is a plus. Theres quite a few kids but overall its pretty quiet. Everyone who lives here is nice and laid back. Favorite thing about my apartment is the decks, I love there theres trees and plants in the middle walkway and that theres a tree right by my deck. Definitely felt at home in these apartments.

Best Apartments to live in for this area...Managment is very friendly and they put together lots of events for the community and children. This is the only safe apt complex (for the area) in my opinion, they pay to have an officer walk the property randomly so all of the riff raff goes elsewhere(everyone knows lamplighter village has a cop they the go to the alt complexes bc he will confront any shady characters that dont live in the building. Maintenance is same day and the workers are friendly and thorough .
I lived there for 4 yrs do to it being close to my work downtown and really cant say anything bad about the place I think the property manager Ronna has alot to do with it, she seems to really care about the community and the childrens well being in this area, it is quite safe
compared to the other options nearby. I would strongly recommend if you are looking for a decent place with cheap rent..i would definitely avoid the apartments across the street infront of the garages they do not have on site management night and day difference. ** I noticed alot of negative reviews I think these are the people whos leases didnt get renewed by managment ronna really has cleaned the place up since i moved in 2014, the shady characters dont get their lease renewed and come on here to complain but to be honest she does a great job . Hallways are cleaned daily the parking lot is cleaned daily i mean for an apartment id say this place is pretty decent. (28yr old male honest review only moved bc im renting a house now)

Dangerous area!!! And the rent is too high!! Was told by management I was recorded and photographed letting my dog use the restroom outside of my apartment building... I never owned a dog!! I told Ronna and that's where the harassment began. I asked for copies of pictures and videos...she never responded. My grandmother visited me for 8 days, and I was told I had to put her on my lease!!! My apartment flooded time after time and I have YET to see maintenance come and check for mold even though you can see it under the tile!!! I gave my notice to move and magically I "owe" over a thousand dollars for mysterious fees!!! Save yourself the trouble. The only place I've ever lived that the police held me hostage inside the building because a neighbor was being held at gun point outside...

DONT DO IT especially if your of color the apartments are nice the neighborhood isnt all that great its people that break into cars every other night Ronna (The property manager) she shows a lot of favoritism amongst the tenants on the property. She will harass and threaten you Ive caught her by my door many times listening to whats going on in my apartment. She is a liar she will accuse you of things and not have proof of it she lives on the property walks around the building being nosey you complain to her boss (Lucas Perry) about the things she does he doesnt do anything about it he takes her side. The security guard there doesnt do his job also harasses people for no reason at all. You can find a better place then lamplighter village DO NOT RENT HERE this lady will make your life a living hell

It's not the worst place I've ever lived but it's below average. Maintenance issues are not addressed within a reasonable timeframe, the carpet was dirty when I moved in, the landlord is more like a commandant than someone who has the tenants best interests in mind. Lots of nosey people around, one guy is permitted to spend 12+ hours a day working in his garage, making all kinds of noise while others are not granted the same, lots of favoritism. I guess the landlord assumes everyone who lives in this complex is stupid, or at least not as smart as she thinks she is. The only positive thing I will mention is that I think she did get rid of some thugs, drug dealers, scumbags but that's to be expected.

Horrible place to move into. Property isn't monitored so you have to call the fire department on your own. Walls are thinner than a piece of paper. You can literally hear someone smiling outside that's how thin the walls are. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. it's more of a retirement home than apartments. I strongly suggest you reconsider other apartments to move into than these. I have never held regret in my heart until I moved in here. Heed my warning.
To comfortably afford an apartment, we recommend having at least three times your monthy rent in gross household income.
