When I moved to Cortona it had just opened. The propertypersonnel were always there and made living there great. I lived there for four years before I had to move, going back to Texas. The monthly parties, quality of maintenance, night security and the amenities at the apartment were all great. A Great place to live.

Living at Cortona is perfection! It's near the highway to get you downtown or anywhere you need to go in STL. The apartments are spacious with updated appliances. If needed, maintenance requests are always done in a timely manner (but most I ever really needed was a new light bulb). The pool/hot tub becomes such a fun area in the summertime or you can relax in the cabanas and have a BBQ. One of the best parts, which is hard to find anywhere else, is the staff. They put a lot of work into planning fun happy hours and truly do care about all of their residents. l have lived here for 3 years but will be moving out of state for work. Every other place I look at in the future I will compare to Cortona because it really is top notch.

The awful thing here is the maintainance. They intrude the Apartment without permission, randomly, whenever you put a claim on it, and make a mess. I claimed something related to the pipe about 7PM, of course the claim didn't go through at the same day, which i didn't expect at all. Then I clearly expressed, that I do NOT give permit to enter during the days when I am not there, then they just came into my place and fixed something that I didn't even ask for (they changed the bathroom light bulb to another color. Don't even know why they played with it) Of course my bathroom is now a mess, had to threw away some stuffs because of the dirts that doesn't go away. Maybe it is just a house to be fixed for them, but for the people who lives in there, It is a personal space with privacy and sanctuary. Looks like there is no appreciation for that, or no appreciation of the resident's wish. I have been enjoying my stay here including the location and convenience, other than that.

Great place to live!! It was our first home in St. Louis, and we only moved bc we bought a house in the suburbs recently. The staff and maintenance crew are second to none. They are always extremely accommodating, polite and make the effort to get to know the residents personally. They routinely sponsor happy hours, brunches, and parties which are great if you are new to the area and want to get to know people. The apartments and building itself are probably the nicest in all of St. Louis. We searched extensively when we moved in and it was head and shoulders above the rest. They are modern, well kept, and the amenities such as pool (with cabanas)/ high end gym/ lobby bar/ outdoor grilling and fire pits are great for entertaining. The area is safe, the parking lots are gated and there is security on site, as well. Well miss this place and cant recommend it highly enough!!

I absolutely LOVED living here! I lived at Cortona for almost 2 years and the only reason I left is because I moved out of state. If I could have picked up the building, staff, residents, and amenities and moved them with me I would have! The building is always kept absolutely spotless, and the units are nice with high end finishes and nice touches. I only had to put in one maintenance request while I was there and it was taken care of within an hour (and it was not at all an emergency). The pool area is stunning and doesn't get too rowdy or crowded. The staff is super friendly and responsive and they really make you feel like you are home. Best apartment I have ever lived in hands down!
