It features an eat-in kitchen and loads of storage space. The rental price includes appliances, window-unit air conditioning and heat in the appropriate seasons, and all utilities except internet. Electric has been updated throughout. All of the rooms are large. The bathroom has a claw foot bathtub perfect for soaking.
There's a laundry room in the upper lobby. Bicycle parking is available first-come, first-served in the upper lobby of the building (you're also welcome to store your bicycle(s) in the apartment). Free on-street parking is available on the block in front of the building.
You may not need a car to live here. The location is in the heart of St. Louis' historic and delightful Central West End. Walk to supermarkets, numerous restaurants and bars, Forest Park, Washington University Medical Center and the public library. Transit is easy, with several bus lines and Metrolink within walking distance.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.
Please note that there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
