My partner and I have lived at the Culver for four years. We can't say anything but positive things about our experience there. The building is well-maintained, and whenever issues arise, Portia and the team are quick to help us fix it! The location is excellent because you can walk to downtown Culver in under 10 minutes. Trader Joe's, Vons, and Whole Foods are in the area. The gym is kept well-maintained and clean at all times.

Ive lived here for just under a year and my experience with the building and management has been pleasant and enjoyable. The building feels new and well-kept, with beautiful high ceilings, updated appliances, and great amenities (gym and rooftop deck). It is surprisingly quiet and soundproof for being located so close to the 10 and is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, gyms and more. Rent is affordable, maintenance is efficient, and other tenants are friendly. Would definitely recommend living here!

Great building in a prime location. I love the light in the building and the general layout. The area is amazing, just minutes from down town Culver, with tons to do (that you can walk to!) Portia, the property manager, is easy to get a hold of and super helpful. All issues have been fixed really quickly and efficiently.

UPDATE: My original review for the Culver was a 3, and I think that was fair for it at the time, the manager was difficult to get a hold of and it seemed like we were an after thought property. The new manager, Portia, very easy to get a hold of, shes constantly looking for ways to improve the Culver. We got fobs while she was working here, the floors in the hallway were painted, we got electric car chargers, we got yoga on every other Saturday, she partnered with a great internet company and we got a great deal on internet while we lived there. Right before I left they added package lockers.
I will say that it is still a little frustrating that some work orders didnt get done before we moved out because they had to buy special parts or get a special vendor, but over all I would say that I was kind of bummed to leave The Culver, but it wasnt close enough to work and living with my partner was cheaper.

Beautiful apartment, lovely features, great location. There was some clearly broken things in my apartment when I walked in for the first time, but it was taken care of fairly quickly. The manager is nice but can be hard to get a hold of, which is tricky because you have to go through her to put in a maintenance request.
I can't tell if the ceiling of my apartment is thin or if my neighbors above are particularly loud, for a while I thought there was construction going above me. After I mentioned it to the manager it got better right away. The maintenance staff are great, my neighbors are very nice.
It's a bit too soon for me to give a thorough review of my experience here but I think if I did it all again, I would wait to find a top floor apartment in The Culver. I think you should at least give The Culver a chance, I think the pros far outweigh the cons, and its just a beautiful place to live.
