So far I love it! Your leasing agents are all so great, they made the move in experience as delightful as possible. Also everything in the apartment was clean and repainted as I moved in. I love my unit and the community feel of this property. The rec room and the new coffee maker is amazing! I've been using it and so excited for yoga and pool time. So far so good! The staff is also so incredible here and they are very responsive and accessible.

This was the best apartment experience I have ever had while living in LA. After living in various areas, I stumbled upon the Woodcliff apartments. They have 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 grilling areas, a fully stocked gym, an amazing rec center with a coffee machine, and free yoga classes every Wednesday and Saturday. My apartment was extremally spacious and had two giant closets with a lovely balcony. This is a great location for any UCLA students because the R12 Big Blue Bus has a bus stop right outside of the apartment complex.

This place has top-notch Management. What you do to try to bring the community together by organizing small or even recurring events such as food truck Wednesdays, or Saturday morning Yoga, has been amazing and helpful, especially due to the circumstances we're currently in. It gives us the feeling that we're living in a small, private community and most importantly, that we're not alone.
I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat and have been doing so to friends and family. Your maintenance team does a great job too as this place is really big, but well kept nonetheless.

I recently relocated to Los Angeles from Canada and I was incredibly grateful for all the help from the management team (special shoutout to Portia!) for being so accommodating and helpful. They made the process seamless and were incredibly supportive in easing some of the stresses that come with an international move. I LOVE my unit - it's been well-kept, safe, soundproof and the amenities are an added bonus, especially the business center to be able to change up my scenery working from home. A truly great place to call home.

This is a great building and management is on site which makes things so easy. I don't understand why people write bad reviews. Everything is constantly being upgraded and renovated. I have lived here for two years and they made a brand new state of gym and sauna, have two very nice pools and a relax room that is breathtaking. People give this place one star because its hard to get groceries up? They have like 4 elevators and a million different access points, dont know what else they could do to help. Because its on a hill? This is by some way the apartments fault? lol I have unbelieable views from my apartment balcony every day because we are on a hill. The entry is gated and secure and if there is a problem you call or go down to the leasing office that holds your packages for you so they dont get stolen and are open till 6! Awesome place! Screw the haters!
