These 2 Bed/1.5 Bath apartments feature a spacious 930 sq. ft. floor plan with appliances including a fridge, dishwasher, and oven range. The apartment has ample living space, a primary bedroom with an en-suite, and a large balcony. On-site parking is available. Carports are available for lease.
The Maywood at Speedway is located behind the Speedway Super Center. We are two miles from The Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Enjoy biking, walking, or playing on the playground at the nearby Meadowood park.
A $75/mo fee covers water, sewer, and trash, and an $11/mo building and maintenance fee covers common area services. Gas is billed back monthly based on usage. You will need to put electricity in your name.
We allow two pets in our two bedrooms with a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet & $25 additional monthly rent per pet. We have NO weight or breed restrictions!
