The Maywood at Speedway is located behind the Speedway Super Center. We are two miles from The Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Enjoy biking, walking, or playing on the playground at the nearby Meadowood park.
We allow two pets in our two bedrooms with a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet & $25 additional monthly rent per pet. We have NO weight or breed restrictions!
A $75/mo fee covers water, sewer, and trash, and an $11/mo building and maintenance fee covers common area services. Gas is billed back monthly based on usage. You will need to put electricity in your name.
