I have over 20 years of apartment living experience and never once have I encountered the professionalism, integrity, understanding, fairness, prompt attention to all matters large or small as I have since Mickey started managing our building. The level of customer service he provides is that of someone living in a 5 star hotel! He makes sure that we are safe, comfortable and that everything gets handled in a timely manner.
