The house is considered a long-term rental. We do not provide cleaning services for the common areas, and tenants are responsible for coordinating and maintaining cleanliness in those spaces.
- Monthly Rent: $1300
- Lease Length: Minimum 1 month preferred
- Security Deposit: $1000
- Furnishing: Fully furnished
- Occupancy: Maximum 2 occupant + $50 per month if 2 occupant
- Pet Policy: Pets allowed with prior approval. A one-time pet fee of $60 will be charged.
- Cleaning Fee: $120 (one-time, non-refundable)
- Admin fee of $120 if staying less than a year, one time payment only.
