It's incredible how stress free and seamless from the time of application to move in was. By far the quickest and easiest move so far. The front staff has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. Phillip even went out of his way to make accommodations for mistakes made on our part. The facility and amenities are available and always clean. The common areas are well maintained and worth using compared to other locations. The location is great, close to a neighborhood park, close to transportation, and many local restaurants and bars in walking distance. Great place to be if you preferred a quieter place, but still be close enough to enjoy the city.

I just wanted to formally thank all of the staff at Avalon Dogpatch for providing a safe, welcoming place to live. I have placed 2 order requests during my stay here in Dogpatch for mostly minor issues, and both have been resolved almost instantly. From the front office to the service team, my experience has been fantastic. A big shout out to Juan on the service team as well for taking ownership of the small maintenance requests I have put in and he made sure everything was taken care of almost as soon I finished inputting my requests both times. Thank you!

We have loved living at the Avalon Dogpatch! The office staff are very friendly and helpful and Phillip, the manager, takes the time to get to know each of the residents and seems to know us all by name. The surrounding area feels safe, which is important because sometimes we walk around late at night to walk our dog. The apartment lives up to its name and is very dog friendly. We love the nearby park and everyday in the evening theres always a big group of dogs to play with. Later this year the city even plans to make renovations to make part of it an official dog park. The walls are not paper thin and we barely ever hear our neighbors. Which is important because I work night shift and I sleep during the day. We love the amount of space in the apartment and the amount of storage built in the closets and the bathroom. The gym downstairs is really nice and clean and I love how they have the Peloton bikes. They just renovated the package room, which is really nice. We dont order food that needs to be kept cold but if you did they have refrigerators now to store them. The Amazon lockers are super convenient, first place I moved to that has them. Were really glad we picked this apartment for our move from the east coast. Sometimes we see the other apartments we considered and we are really glad we picked this one!
