I lived here for 4 years in two different units, a 2x2 in building 3 and a 1x1 in building 10. This complex is pretty straightforward and reliable, you get what you see kinda thing. The units are a good size for the price, clean, safe, maintenance is attentive and effective and the grounds are typically well taken care of. They communicate well if/when water needs to be shut off. I see some reviews here talking about roach infestations, that was not my experience and I rarely even saw bugs outside. I scrubbed my apartment when I moved out and the only thing I was charged was a small cleaning fee (less than $100) which was totally reasonable.
I took off half a star cause it's hard to find parking at night and another half because every now and then the office staff can be hard to deal with.
I recommend and would rent here again.

Was good until i moved out. They hit me with hefty damage charges. For example, $40 for each item to get rid of. The worst was charging me $260 for the bath tub that was painted by them and chipped out the first month i moved in, still they considered it my fault and refused to back off the charges. They took my deposit and charged me another $550 dollars for minor stuff. It was like stabbing me in the back. It doesn't matter if you are a good resident or not. Shame on you!

Each time Ive spoken with them, they have been friendly and very helpful. I cannot wait to move in. As I told my work mates, even if I hadnt been approved, I would recommend them because the application process was such a great experience
