Going on about a year since I've lived at The Row Apartment/Townhomes and I must say that I have no complaints and have been very happy staying here thus far. One thing I look at while residing in apartment homes is to observe the turn around time for work order completion, and this place ROCKS at getting things done efficiently and quickly, keeping me a very satisfied and appreciated tenant. I'd like to give kudos to Clara (Property Manager) for always being very professional, polite and courteous any time I must visit the office. I believe her ultimate goal is to ensure tenant satisfaction is being met by going the extra mile for any needs they may have, for example when I needed my work orders done she jumped on it right away by getting them done the very next day as well as following up with me to ensure everything was taken care of and that I was happy with the work done by maintenance, which he did an excellent job. I can most definitely appreciate her eagerness to help her tenants and my favorite being that she always has a smile on her face while so. I love being able to call The Row my home :)
