A month has passed, multiple changes in office MGMT. Months go by for official repairs In writing... Apartment unclean upon move in and the rent is Outrageous for the Conditions. The Mailbox has been broken into continuously, which is a felony and illegal for the post man to deliver mail, but he keeps putting mail in broken boxes! AC was Not working when we moved in and they made excuses for A Month before fixing it...tub ran for 3 weeks in the middle of a Water restriction?? Somethi is Wrong with this situation... keep everything in writing and keep copies. Been here less than 2 months and the hot water has been cut off twice for over 3 days at a time due to the flooding of other apartments! Unprofessional...

So weve been dealing with The Fountain Apartments for a couple of weeks now. We were in the process of renting a town house. Everything was perfect except the communication and unprofessional customer service from the NEW management. Im a completely understanding person but how hard is it to communicate with your potential new tenants? Well after letting those things slide and having to blow up their office constantly to get anything done we finally went to pick up the keys & sign our lease today. (Btw Weve been asking for the lease for a whole week prior to this so would have time to review everything.) As were there reviewing the lease we see they raised the price we agreed upon by $80!!!! NO, we let them know it was wrong and needed to be fixed. They said okay no problem and they would fix it. We get the second lease back and the rent price WAS STILL INCORRECT after we literally JUST told them what it should be. And what was the response? oh well we cant change it again, the computer wont let us. WHY WERE YOU NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO GET IT RIGHT KNOWING YOU COULD ONLY CHANGE IT TWICE. Ive spoken to Leslie MULTIPLE times and repeated EVERYTHING we had agreed upon over and over. She even called yesterday (for once) to go over everything to make sure it was correct and yet still we run into this issue? I should have listen to the reviews for this property. Waste of time and energy & now WE HAVE NO WHERE TO LIVE! Do not ever rent from this property! Its very cute and good size but the office staff obviously has no idea how to run things properly. Now that we backed out of the apartment they are trying to say we STILL OWE THEM THE MOVE IN FEE!! NOTHING WAS SIGNED OTHER THEN THE APPLICATION! When we started the application fee was waved and we were told we would only have to pay $349 to move in with 1st month free. The money was due the day we picked up the keys. And now the said because we backed out and didnt pay they are going to put that $349 on our credit!!!! I dont see how that is even legal to do! If we supposedly owed that money for the application WHY WOULD YOU RUN THE APPLICATION BEFORE GETTING THE PAYMENT!!! THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DEALING WITH THEM.

Had a fully running shower that would never stop, got no sleep with the continuous full force of the water so I left. I was given nothing but excuses as to why it had not gotten fixed. No parking....ever.
