I lived with rats in this apartment for 4 weeks, nothing significant was done until we threatened to call the health department. The workers at the front desk are extremely lazy when it comes to taking care of the situation, and very condescending in how they spoke with us. The maintenance crew were the only workers who were sympathetic to our situation, but were again only allowed to do the bare minimum that the front desk allowed. Due to this we were allowed break our lease early in order to move out of the rat infested apartment. Upon check out we were told that we would receive and email/phone call within a month about our final utility bill because we no longer had access to our online residence account. This never happened. Neither my roommate nor I ever received any notification from the Beverly about the bill, and the first notice we got was from a collection agency. For the past 5 days we have tried to contact the front office to resolve this situation. Each time we talked with a temporary worker, who did not know how to handle the situation. Upon the 3rd attempt to reach someone who wasn't a temp., we asked the front desk worker to take our phone number and have someone who knows what they are doing call us back at her earliest convenience - that was a week ago and no one has made any attempt to contact us in any way. All of this trouble could have been easily avoided with an email or phone call when the utility bill was ready, informing either me or my roommate how to pay our final utility bill. Already leaving the Beverly apartment on a bad note, this recent indecent has only confirmed to me that the management team is neglectful in their duties and uninterested in their residence. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dirty apartment complex. Was not well maintained. Also, there were roaches on roaches. Literally had roaches in every room to the point where they where in my sheets, pantry, couch, shower, and plenty of other places. The management at the time I was living there were rude and not helpful. Would not recommend this complex to anyone.

After several apartment searches I decided on the Beverly for a few reasons- I love the look of the property, it isn't huge so I got the feel of the close community, and the manager personally showed me around and was one of the most helpful women I'd met. I highly recommend it and I hope after 6 months of living here I can still say the same!

Made an appointment to see an apartment at 1:00 and nobody was here. The manager decided to go to lunch and the temp didnt want to show up until 1:30. Thanks for wasting our time. If this is any indication of what it would be like to live here I would avoide this place like the plague....
