I moved in here about 6 months ago and couldn't be happier. The apartment is very nice, it is conveniently located, my dog is in love with the dog park (and the people, and about 10 other dogs) and everyone working on the property is very kind and helpful. Maintenance requests are dealt with very quickly and also the pool makes me feel like I live at a resort.

This is just another "Blue Moon" software apartment click and lease scam that approves you without checking your credit or calling any of your references. They did not even verify the girl I was going to have as a roommate's employment. When I called to ask if they had verified the info already knowing she was not trustworthy or responsible, Anthony responded yes "EVERYTHING IS GOOD TO GO" She said, "bartender." Oh, ok.. I asked for a 1 bedroom instead.. not wise, but I fell for it because it seemed nice. However, I've realized how much nicer honesty, integrity, & clear/accurate communication is. I have been asking for a copy of my lease for a month now.. 8 requests. They've not been able to provide that, but that have been able to provide me with "courtesy calls" regarding 24hrs to pay or vacate on the 6th day of the month, 3 days after I spoke with the leasing agent (A who, Claudia, the manager brushed off the responsibility of having to LIE to. "We totally understand." "You have nothing to worry." about." "As you said, your rent for Nov will be paid in full in Nov." "We're on your team." I didn't know I was playing high school football & being reported to the principal "I am requiring that you come to my office before the end of this week.." Ok.. I can go to your office and it can be a he-said she-said conversation or you can communicate to me in writing or you can follow through with your lockout and subsequent premature eviction as I deal with my personal legal issues surrounding my safety while the man who sexually assaulted is out on bond awaiting trail & is stalking me.. Yes, I was sexually assaulted. Am I ashamed? No. Should I be? No. Should any victim? No. Was it my fault? No. Is it ever the victims fault when a man (or woman) forces themselves on & into all of who someone is, in spite of being told "no" or knowing NO is the answer? NO. Period. Not much else to be said, other than please stand up for yourself if you're a victim of any crime.This may seem petty. It's not. What's really going on? I'm not saying it's not a nice-ish place if you like living in cookie cutter apartments with questionable management or in stifling spaces with hollow walls which allow you to hear every move your neighbors makes on each side of & above you, every time they open and close their door, turn a faucet on, or walk across their own living room shaking your walls. Rest assured, you know you have neighbors and your wall decor isn't having it. Also, make sure you ask the office for an honest description of their surveillance addendum. I'm not dumb, I bit my tongue when it was explained to me to be something "like if we have events and take pictures and maybe use them on our social media." As an adult, I understand the difference between surveillance and consent to use photographs. Unfortunately, most of the people that live here are not over 30. I'm so sorry that Anthony had to say my Instacart delivery was "suspicious activity." He was a kid maybe 21 or 22. Our brains don't fully develop until 25 (rental car/health insurance restrictions.) Apologies, that his confusion about where to go was "suspicious" on Terminal Ms testing on the ground & you had to show me still shots of a kid trying to text someone to complete a delivery. Ground Control to Major Tom: Please do enjoy the totally wasted man who sings at the top of his lungs from his 3rd floor balcony which faces the main parking lot with his arms wide open pretty much everything from Elton John to Britney Spears to some other unrecognizable musical tunes. I'm sure he's not breaking his lease.. but having a couch on my patio for 5 days which was a creative project to reupholster was "breaking my lease" and then turned into something about community guidelines. I couldn't be a more private or quiet person, but when it comes to manipulating reality, my tolerance is low. They can conduct their "testing on the ground" and I will conduct mine. "The Truth will set you free" is a quote often over-used and underrated... The Truth also makes life much easier for everyone.

My roommate and I lived here during our senior year of college and had a great experience overall. All of the leasing staff we worked with were beyond helpful and friendly, and whenever we needed a work order, the problem was fixed relatively quickly. The units and resources themselves are great and, considering the proximity to the Pearl and Downtown, the prices aren't terrible. Probably the only complaint would be the walls appeared to be fairly thin, making us feel like we had to walk on egg shells to avoid noise complaints, or seeming like we had surround sound speakers to hear the trash pick-up and gardeners like they were standing right next to us. For those who can afford more luxury-style apartments, I would recommend Brackenridge.

My wife and I visited yesterday. Anthony in the leasing office gave us a tour, showed us a variety of apartments. He was extremely cordial, very knowledgeable, and went out of his way to accommodate our questions. Thus we put in a deposit and applied to be residents. We might not have done so but for Anthony's welcoming, efficient manner and help. We look forward to living at The Brackenridge.

Brackenridge at Midtown is by far the best apartment complex in San Antonio, TX. All of the amenities are exceptional, not to mention the free yoga and spin classes. This place is also super pet friendly (awesome dog park and free dog treats)! If you ever need help with anything, go to Anthony Graves. He is the absolute best!!!

I looked at 34 places and choose the Brackenridge. Initially because of appearance and location. But I must admit. Everyone on staff here is fabulous. I could not have made a better decision. I was moving from a large house only one on street and the thought of apt living was very stressful. Plus I came here alone and the staff are always accommodating and answer all my questions. Gym and pool are a huge perk. Thank you everyone.

The Brackenridge at Midtown is an wonderful place to live. My husband and I moved here from Arizona and had the easiest/smoothest move in with my leasing agent Anthony! The dog park is huge! The place is extremely dog friendly. We love the luxurious pool too.

My wife and I are getting stationed in Fort Sam and looked at MANY apartments. We were extremely impressed with how the leasing process worked with Brackenridge. It was night and day compared to some of the other complexes we visited/inquired about. We walked in with almost zero intention of renting there/but just wanted to get an idea of prices. If you have the opportunity, ask for Shanitra! She took time to go through every question we had as first time renters, and we felt zero pressure through the entire process. Although we have yet to move in, it is clear that there's a different level of quality with these apartments. They're much more solidly built than any of the lofts/condos we looked at downtown. There's tons of parking/pool is huge/it's immaculate/gym and aerobics rooms were clean / and has the biggest dog park I've ever seen at an apartment complex. It's about 5 minutes from the Pearl, only 2 minutes from Broadway, and we're looking forward to running in brackenridge park. Even with all of that, it felt secluded and very safe. Excited to move here! Disclaimer: My wife and I have not moved in here yet, but still felt we could review it from the leasing standpoint.

Absolutely LOVE living at The Brackenridge at Midtown! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I've worked with both Shanitra and Anthony and they are the greatest! They are both very friendly and welcoming. They do their best in helping us out with whatever we need. I would highly recommend living here. :)

The Brackenridge at Midtown is AMAZING! I cannot think of a single negative aspect, other than some occasional noise complaints, but the staff is quick to take care of those. The management and maintenance teams here are wonderful and caring. Every time I go into the office, they ask if they can assist with anything and make sure I am 100% comfortable in my apartment. The complex is gorgeous and they are constantly cleaning and doing upkeep to make sure the building stays in the best condition. The pool is always clean, as is the gym, and they have free workout classes every week for the residents. They also have community parties and I believe they recently implemented a bike rental program. In addition, the complex is pet friendly and the pet park is beautiful and maintained well. They have pet treats in the front office and coffee for the residents as well. The location is amazing, the complex is safe, and they have so many great amenities. I would recommend this complex to anyone!

These guys are sleezeballs. The places are nice enough - pricey, cheaply constructed but brand-new. Nice pool although it's very rarely cleaned. The "lounge area" is only open during business hours, virtually guaranteeing that no one can ever use it. The location looks decent on a map but in actuality it's too far from anywhere to walk, and being boxed in by Fort Sam on one side and Broadway on the other, it's not a pleasant bike ride to get anywhere either. Downtown, Fort Sam, and HEB Central Market are close if you're driving, though. The staff changes their demeanor very quickly after you sign the lease - very friendly and able to work with you until you've signed, then good luck getting anyone's attention. Also, plan on your rent hiking every year you're there and doubling down on your security deposit when you leave. I left my place completely spotless (as in, brand-new condition given that I was the first tenant ever to occupy that apartment). They "came up" with $222.50 in "cleaning and repairs" (I'd love to see what the bill would've looked like had I not meticulously scrubbed every inch of that place). They even sent me pictures of the spotless apartment, as if the dirt they're referencing would be there if I only had the right software with which to zoom in on it! Anyway - I'd pay the extra $50-$100 a month that it'll cost to occupy one of the many similar places that are nearby if I were you. These guys are fine but clueless and soulless. If you give the staff a few years to figure out what they're doing, it might but worth it, but then again by that time the places will be falling apart. Better believed you'll be charged for it, too!
