we have been waiting over 2 months for the dishwasher to get fixed, almost a month for the oven to get fixed. Don't even try calling the office, they never answer the phone. there are better and cheaper apartments right down the street, don't make the mistake to move in here. I had to give one star to leave a comment but really it's a zero star.

It's ok but, i would think hard before i move here. Some of the office staff is very nice and some is not but, if i have to called names i would. The maintenance is very friendly. The new manager is very nice she will take time out of her busy schedule and talk to you and help you. If you come here asked for the manager or the other young lady that sit in the front never asked for the assistant manager because my family and i been having problems with her.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and aside of the normal issues ANY apartment complex has, i have been very comfortable living here. They take care of my concerns and questions in a very good time frame. No apartment complex is perfect and i love how they are making the image of the complex better, but honestly this has been the best apartment complex ive ever lived in.

I currently live here and I can't wait to move out. The list of issues go on and on. All the staff is great except Bianca. She is absolutely horrible. Unless you are desperate do not I repeat DO NOT move here.

Possibly the WORST apartments i have ever lived in. Water is cut off at least every 2 months for some pluming issue or something. Right now it is 30 degree weather and i have NO hot water. My cars have been broken into 3 separate times and my apartment broken into once in the past 2 years i have lived here. When i complained to the office about maybe putting up cameras around the apartments they just brushed me off. Yet they have a security camera to their office. When my apartment was broken into they refused to let me break my lease. They just moved me into another unit. Then the unit they moved me into had flooding in the master bathroom and all they did was shut off the hot water to it. That was in October. It is now January that i am writing this, and still has not been fixed. The area has become very shady and management is horrible about fixing any issues you have unless it seems to be convenient for them. I suggest save your money and look elsewhere. If i could give negative stars i would. Edit: to management. I nor my roommate did not receive a text message or email or anything about the most recent water issue. Maintenance knocked on my door at 4 pm to let me know that they were going to be working on it and it should not take to long. It took over 24 hours to fix. Just thought you should know if someone is in charge of texting residents about issues like this, then they are not doing their job.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! This place used to be great. Ever since new management came in it's gone downhill fast. It took over 5 months for my bathroom sink to get fixed. It's been over 6 months now and they still have fixed the collapsing ceiling on my deck or the screen that fell off.

The apartments are under new ownership. I will be writing a new review shortly as it looks like things have changed. I have not met the management yet. I have heard they are using a billing company for water now which is never good. The only advice i have for now is to be cautious. The following is my old review from 2010. ################################################################################## I helped my wife and daughter move into these apartments and i like them very much. I did a lot of research on this complex and many others and this is the one we chose. I even saw the reviews (good and bad) months before we moved in. I visited the property in person myself and talked to the manager and a few residents. This was about 5 months before my wife moved in. I was so impressed that i set an appointment for my wife and she really liked it here also. We paid a deposit so that when we moved in 5 months later we would get the move in special they were offering that same day. The day we moved in they honored everything they said they would when we talked before. As far as the bad reviews go i honestly do not know if it was like that before, However this is the way it is now: The property is kept very clean and cut. The two managers that my wife and i know of are very nice and proffesional. There may be more managers but we don't go to the office very often. Ive seen three people that work in maintenance every morning, and if they are not fixing things around the property then they are cleaning up the grounds. All of them are very nice and do a really good job. We have had two maintenance problems since moving in the first was my wife wanted the refrigerator door to open the other way. They came and fixed it the next day. The second was when our ac froze. They came 20 minutes after i informed the office at about 5pm. They had to wait until the next day to fix the problem so the ac could thaw but they installed an ac unit until the next day when they did fix the problem. I have never seen or heard anything about gangs or car breakins since ive been here. The property is secured by a controlled access gate that can be opened by code or remote. they have a full court basketball court and tennis court that is all fenced in. They also have a very nice fitness center. Parking is basically what you make of it. We always park about 10 feet away from our front door so really it just depends on which apartment you move into. They have an area that has a built in bbq pit and some tables, and they have a few pet areas. The elementary kids here go to larkspur which is about two minutes away driving and 20 minutes away walking and they have a school bus that stops just right outside the gate. If your just walking through the property you most likely won't find any dog poop, However they do allow pets so im sure its going to happen sooner or later. they are constantly improving the property itself, and they do a lot of preventive maintenace to the grounds. Since ive been here they have shut off the water once during a freeze, the cold water was back on that same day and the hot water was back on the next day. They did give us notice it was going to happen. The allocated water bill has been as low as 1.21 and as high as 35 dollars. the water is included with the rent bill and you pay that at the office. The rent always varies on what they have availible so it could be different even for the same size apartments but normally it all ranges within 20 dollars for one bedrooms and i belive its based on the different accent painting, shelving and closet space. Ive never seen any violence since ive been here and the residents seem really cool. It is a very diverse community with many different races, singles, couples, and families. I recommend these apartments to anyone, I really cant even think of anything negative about them. They are in a good neighborhood and in a very competitive market and although i believe all apartments are to expensive they really do have the best prices ive seen. I am so glad we found this place.
