iRentPDX Property Management screens applications in the order that they are received. The apartment is reserved by the first qualified applicant who pays the reservation deposit of $500.00. Once that reservation deposit is paid and the lease is signed or reservation deposit agreement is signed then the listing will no longer be available for applications.
