The Hollywood District in the 1920s: Go back to 1926 and you would see throngs of people clamoring to see a performance at the Hollywood Theatre as it opened for business. Built in the Spanish Colonial Revival style, the theater was the last venue built as a vaudeville house and movie theater.
Right next to the historic Hollywood Theatre lies The Hollywood Apartments.
