Colony Park is a creek side property hidden by forest trees, yet our driveway enters from Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy, right next to a bus stop! We have an "out of town" atmosphere, but we are conveniently located close to area conveniences. Multnomah Village and Hillsdale are a short bike ride away and there are plenty of hiking trails nearby.
Our 2 and 3 bedroom homes feature wood-laminate flooring throughout, a cook's dream kitchen with ample cupboard and countertop space, large spacious rooms, lots of storage, heaters in the bathroom (a rare feature on those cold winter mornings!), views of the trees, private balconies, and so much more.
Our community has plenty of parking, in addition to carports, 2 on-site laundry rooms, storage units, and a clubhouse. Your cat is welcome here and we don't charge a pet deposit or pet rent!
