It's a place to live. Not a great neighborhood or neighbors. There's lots of crime in this area. The apartments themselves, too much money...
It's a place to live. Not a great neighborhood or neighbors. There's lots of crime in this area. The apartments themselves, too much money for what you get inside. Paint chipping off Kitchen cupboards, when I moved in, the screen door to the sliding door was put in upside down and inside out, marks on floor in bathroom and kitchen (I don't even know what it is), older than dirt carpeting, windows that you need to be the Hulk to open. They've done remodeling on the outside, need to remodel inside as well!! But hey, it's a place to live and I'm grateful at this time. Management however, has worked with me on an issue I had. They were prompt as well as the maintenance getting over to change the locks. Thanks Stark Firs Management!

I moved into this place and lived there for six months. Couldn't wait to get out once the lease was up. I spent six months there with no kids, pets, or parties. The place was immaculate when I left. Well, as good as it was when I moved in. They are trying to charge me for things that were wrong when I moved in AND things that normal maintenance should take care of. So they charge their tenants for their own maintenance costs. Cheap and scandalous!! I highly advise all to steer clear from this place.
