Landlord provides garbage and landscaping for common areas. Tenants are responsible electric, water/sewer, and all other utilities. Water/sewer is back billed to the tenant using a RUBS system dependent on occupancy.

1 cat or 1 dog under 20lbs is welcome (with exceptions upon landlord review) with increased rent per month and an additional pet deposit.
