* Utilities: tenants responsible for electricity(PGE), gas (NW Natural), water/sewer (Portland Water Bureau). Account confirmation/numbers required by move-in. Trash & recycling billed back to tenant monthly.
*Pets: $50/month pet rent, 2 pet max.
To Move in: Deposit due within 24 hours of application approval. First month rent due by move-in. Second month rent is pro-rated.
Applicants with incomplete applications will not be considered. An application is deemed complete when all adult applicants over the age of 18 have:
1) completed an application,
2) paid the application fee;
3) submitted three month's of paystubs, if required;
4) submitted pictures of photo ID
