Upon approval, we require a signed holding agreement and a $300 holding deposit. The holding deposit holds the unit for you until your chosen move-in date (if not move-in ready) and is part of your overall security deposit. If you do not move in for any reason, the holding deposit is forfeited to cover the cost of holding the unit.
